Los Angeles design collective One Long House has just released a unique location-based audio application called the “Made in L.A. Soundmap” that serves as an audio enhancement to the Made in L.A. art exhibit that will launch this Saturday (6/2) and run through September 2nd, 2012. Three different venues will host the event, and as a way to encourage travel between all of the participating galleries, the Soundmap app will release audio content as you drive from venue to venue. Hotspots located en route to each gallery will trigger interviews with participating artists and feature music from L.A.’s community-based web radio station, Dublab.
