Engaging Fans With Location Tech

Mashable has recently posted an excellent article on the location-based technologies that musicians have been using to interact with fans. Everything from Arcade Fire’s The Wilderness Downtown to OK Go’s branded GPS exercise with Range Rover. Some of
the newer and more collaborative examples belong to Panic At The Disco who are
using short-film sharing site, Viddy, to crowdsource a new music video and MOBY who
is allowing fans to share their personal photos on his site through Instagram.
